The Alpine Ventilation Eave Vents are designed to optimise airflow; these vents proficiently cool roof spaces during summer while curbing dampness and mould growth in winter months. Installed directly under the eaves—the overhanging section of a roof that extends beyond the walls of a house—they allow fresh air to enter the roof cavity, creating a continuous airflow when paired with roof-mounted ventilation systems, such as Whirlybirds. This airflow helps expel heat, moisture, and stale air from the roof space, reducing the risk of condensation, mould, and dampness, while also keeping pests like insects out through their perforated design.

Constructed from 1 mm-thick white powder-coated aluminium, they are robust and durable, ensuring long-term performance. Recognised for complying with fire rating requirements as stipulated in AS3959-2009 up to BAL40, these vents also meet the NCC 2022 10.8.3 compliance criteria, reinforcing their reliability and safety.
