The 12v underfloor ventilation fan is suitable for single room or small area sub-floor ventilation. The high quality DC Brush less fan motor is designed for continuous running and long life. The visible cover is an anodized half chevron louvre with 5mm insect mesh. This fan is designed to extract air from the sub floor area. The fan can be connected to 150mm ducting and multiple fans can be purchased to service a large area, when strategically positioned. You can also purchase a 24 hour timer if you wish to only run the fan for a predetermined number of hours. Finally this fan is very easy to install as it comes with a plug – no electrician required!
